Saikat · Executive wellbeing

Building leaders who are fit for life.

I am on a mission to help corporate leaders and executives become fitter, healthier, and more productive—without having to choose between career success and personal wellbeing.

After 28 years working with leading multinational companies and 15 years pursuing health and fitness alongside my career, I believe professional excellence and personal fitness can go hand in hand.

Running several marathons, most recently in Ladakh in 2026, has taught me that consistency, discipline, and keeping going through demanding times matter in fitness as much as they do in leadership.

About Saikat · What guides my work

A thoughtful practice for a full life.

I am Saikat, developing a perspective on fitness and running for people who lead demanding professional lives. I believe a useful approach starts with the person and the life they already have—respecting their time, responsibility, and changing demands while keeping health in the conversation.

01

Make it fit real life

Start with the week you have, including travel, deadlines, and family commitments.

02

Choose sustainable progress

Favor patient, repeatable habits over all-or-nothing bursts of effort.

03

Look beyond the workout

Consider running, strength, recovery, and wellbeing as parts of a broader practice.
